Hey, the whmcs > softaculous hooks are no longer working with the latest version of whmcs

Scripts no longer get installed. I have tested MyBB, phpBB and neither work

Hi,

We have tested the auto install module with the latest version of WHMCS and it works fine.

It could be a firewall issue blocking port 2083

Can you please upload the softaculous_extra.php and then test the module. It should log the error.

You can check the logs at WHMCS admin panel -> Utilities -> Logs -> Activity Logs

If you still face the issue please open a support ticket with us so that we can check the issue :
